SHIPPING
We use Australia Post services for most deliveries Australia wide as they provide a fast, traceable and secure service. All orders are shipped from Sydney or Melbourne warehouses. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) each working day will be shipped the following working day with delivery to most capital cities and major metropolitan areas within 1 to 5 working days from the time of order.
We offer FREE express shipping across Australia for orders over $50 (1-2 Business Days)
We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia for orders over $20 (2-5 Business Days)
We offer standard shipping, flat rate of $4.95 for order under $20 (2-5 Business Days)
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to you. The email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website or courier/freight websites. If you`re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel. We do not offer delivery on weekends or holidays. We reserve the right to require a signature on some packages.
RETURNS
If you're not completely satisfied we'll gladly exchange or refund it for free. All we need is for you to let us know about the issue within 90 days and return the product to us in it's original condition and packaging.
Log in to My Account > Return Requests > Return Item(s) and just simply start the return process by telling us us what you need to exchange / return.
We'll email you a reply-paid return label you can simply print & stick on your return parcel and drop into any Australia Post office, we'll take care of it for you from there.
